1. About the Service

MoodLog is a daily emotion tracking application that allows you to record your mood, view emotional statistics, sync entries to your device calendar, and display mood information on a home screen widget. The service is provided by MintSoft.

2. Free and Paid Features

MoodLog is free to download and use. The free version includes advertisements (banner and interstitial ads via Google AdMob). MoodLog Pro is available as a one-time in-app purchase that removes all ads and unlocks additional features including: app lock, custom color themes, tag system, full-year emotion heatmap, weekly/monthly reports, and CSV data export.

3. In-App Purchases & Refunds

MoodLog Pro is a non-consumable, one-time purchase. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple App Store or Google Play Store per their respective refund policies. MintSoft does not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds outside the platform stores.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use MoodLog in compliance with all applicable laws. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with the normal operation of the service. You are responsible for keeping your device and PIN/biometric lock secure.

5. Data & Disclaimer

All emotion data is stored locally on your device. MoodLog does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. The emotion tracking features are for personal journaling purposes only and should not replace professional mental health care. MintSoft is not liable for any decisions made based on the data recorded in MoodLog.

6. Calendar Sync

When enabled, MoodLog creates, updates, and deletes calendar events on your device calendar to reflect your mood entries. These events sync to external services (Google Calendar, iCloud) through your device's OS. MintSoft is not responsible for calendar data handled by third-party services.

7. Service Changes & Termination

MintSoft reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue MoodLog at any time with reasonable notice. In the event of discontinuation, we will provide a reasonable period for users to export their data.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code of MoodLog are the intellectual property of MintSoft. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.
